My husband and I took the hypnobirthing class with Chelsea and Lauren during the second trimester of our first child on the recommendation of our midwife. As first time parents, we took as many classes as we could fit in our schedule on all different baby topics and the class with Chelsea and Lauren was by far the best class we took. We learned so much and gained so much confidence from this class about pregnancy and labor. Chelsea and Lauren are so kind, loving, and knowledgeable. Even after our incredible experience in their class they continued to stay in contact with us, giving us guidance when our baby was breech and sending congratulations when she finally turned! The greatest gift they gave us though was teaching my husband and I how to be a team through pregnancy and labor. My husband was the best birthing partner. Together with all we learned in the hypnobirthing class we were able to work through early labor at home and then calmly meet the unexpected turns the birth of our baby took. I can’t recommend Chelsea, Lauren and the Om Mamas Doulas team enough.
